3.2 Founder Pricing

• • Prices for new customers may increase after the early access period ends

3.3 Payment Terms

• • Payments are processed through Stripe
• • All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in these Terms (see Section 8: Money-Back Guarantee)

• • Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated with at least 30 days advance notice

4.1 Account Creation

• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including consumer protection and review authenticity laws
• • Engage in activities that constitute denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive behavior

5.3 Review Authenticity

Businesses using trust.fast agree not to incentivize, coerce, or manipulate customers into leaving positive reviews. All reviews must be genuine, voluntary feedback from verified customers. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious review patterns and suspend accounts found to be in violation.

5.4 Fair Use

While we don't impose specific usage limits, you agree to use the Service reasonably and in good faith. We reserve the right to contact you if your usage appears excessive or abusive, and to revoke access to the Service if the abuse warrants it.

6.1 Data Collection

We collect and process:

• • Basic business information from customers (name, email, billing information)
• • Limited payment and subscription history between our customers and their clients through Stripe API integration (customer IDs, payment dates, subscription status, total amounts spent)
• • Review content and ratings submitted by verified customers
• • Technical data necessary for Service operation

6.2 Data Usage

We use collected data to:

• • Verify that reviewers are legitimate customers with Stripe payment history
• • Display aggregate customer data on reviews (e.g., "Customer since [date]", total amount spent)
• • Show verified purchase badges with purchase dates
• • Operate and maintain the Service

6.3 Data Privacy

We never publicly display sensitive payment data such as specific transaction details, credit card information, or individual payment amounts. Only aggregate data is shown to maintain customer privacy while proving verification authenticity.

6.4 Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, operated by Railway hosting services.

6.5 Data Retention

Upon account termination, we retain customer data until account reactivation unless you explicitly request deletion. We will delete your data within 30 days of a written deletion request.

6.6 GDPR Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest in providing our Service and, where applicable, consent from reviewers who voluntarily submit reviews.

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

trust.fast, including all software, technology, and related intellectual property, remains our exclusive property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service.

7.2 Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. However, you grant us a license to host, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

7.3 License Termination

Upon termination of your account, your license to use our Service and access to your content will terminate immediately.

8.1 Guarantee Terms

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

8.2 Refund Eligibility

• • The guarantee applies only to the first 30 days after initial subscription purchase
• • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your first billing date
• • This guarantee applies only once per customer and does not apply to subscription renewals
• • Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy may be denied refunds at our discretion

9.1 Service Provision

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

9.2 No Service Level Agreement

We do not provide specific uptime guarantees or service level commitments.

10.1 Termination by Customer

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and your content may become inaccessible.
